Instructions:
Inject soft-gel material into ultra-thin-walled molds to create hollow, detail-rich structures. This method is commonly used in education, biomimetics, and soft robotics.

Steps:
- Create a thin-shell mold (recommended: print resin molds using an LCD/DLP 3D printer).
- Inject the soft-gel material into the mold (heat and inject with Saltgator).
- After cooling, remove the “eggshell” mold to obtain a hollow soft-gel product.
Recommended Mold Materials:
- UV Resin
- Suitable for LCD / DLP photopolymer 3D printing
- Smooth surface, fine details, easy demolding

Application Examples:
- Vascular Teaching Model
- Complex structures with high realism, used in medical training and education
- Pneumatic Bionic Muscle
- Enables controllable deformation, suitable for robotic joints and biomimetic mechanical structures
